Sound and Light Training Project from French Embassy 2022-2023

Great news we got funds from French Embassy under SANAA Pro project. The funds are distributed by FCS, our role in this project is to give training to Arts and Creative Industry professionals on sound and light. All trainings was offered free of charge accommodation, meals and transport money was provided to the participants.

Our first training was Sound for beginners, the advert went out and we had 100 application , only 30 people was selected for the training, the training was for one week. Having seeing the demand we did another training for beginners focusing on the people who reside in Arusha. Our intermediate training for sound followed after, majority of the participants did the first training. Both practical and theory were taught . Certificate of completion was awarded to the participants.

Light training for beginner had a good response too 50 people applied and 20 people were selected to join the training. It was a week long, participants learned both theory and practical.

We have left with two training, advance training for Sound and Light scheduled to happen on November.
