Hospitality and Costumer Care Training

Thanks to a Capacity Building Grant from Music In Africa Live, the Cultural Arts Centre of Tumaini University Makumira is able to offer a series of Artist Professional Skills Development training workshops in-person and virtually.

Our first training was Hospitality and Customer Care Training conducted by Watch Out Training. Watch Out is a company located in Arusha ,Tanzania and focus on Hospitality Trainings as well as Self-development Coaching. Simone the Head Trainer did the training . She has a degree in hospitality and an open and friendly approach towards trainees.

The coaching was able to awaken knowledge on hospitality, customer care , complaints and how to handle it and creating good atmosphere , sharpen resources and implement guidelines in handling food , hygiene . Six days of both theory and practical and it was quite resourceful for CAC Staff
