Thanks to a Capacity Building Grant from Music In Africa Live, the Cultural Arts Centre of Tumaini University Makumira is able to offer a series of Artist Professional Skills Development training workshops in-person and virtually. The next training “Government and The Arts” led by Adelina Ndumbaru from National Art Council in Dar es Salaam will be 14-16 December 2021 at the Cultural Arts Centre in Arusha, Tanzania starting at 9 am EAT daily.
