The inter-schools traditional dance competition is the result of the school outreach project run by the CAC. Groups of 12 young people from 8 secondary schools are trained in Tanzanian traditional dance, and then they come together at the CAC to present and compete what they have learned. The best schools, as well as best individual drummer and dancers are awarded.
